Teachers in the DC metro area have brought classes to Homestead Farm for many years. The experiences we offer are not only educational but fun as well!

General Info:
1. By reservation only. Field trip slots fill up quickly so contact us as soon as possible.
2. The minimum group size is 20.
3. The cost is $6 per person regardless of age. For example, a strawberry picking group of 80 children, 15 parents, and 5 teachers is 100 people and would be charged $600. Of course, all 100 people would be allowed to pick.
4. You will be charged by how many people we count on the day of the field trip. So if you made a reservation for 100 people but 5 couldn't make it, don't worry, we will only charge you for 95 people. However, if you make a reservation for 100 people and you bring 105 people, you will be charged for 105.
5. If your field trip involves a hayride you cannot bring random people along for a free ride.
6. Teachers, when planning to pay for your trip, please collect all money in advance.
7. Payment will be made in the farm market, right after the field trip.
8. Picking will be done in the containers we provide you. Our field trips are not an all you can pick buffet.
9. Bring markers to write names on picking containers and pumpkins.
