 13 April 2008 - With the irrigation tubing on each side of the plants, Farmer Ben will position a little irrigation head on the tube to slowly allow water to weep into the roots. The covering of mulch (not shown in this photo) keeps the sun from evaporating away too quickly the much needed water from the plant. |
