 22 April 2007 - And our friend, the very busy Honey Bee, is doing it's job pollinating the ripe plants. If the bee was not able to transfer the pollen from one plant to another, the plant may never produce it's fruit. In the case of our farm, that would be no strawberries, peaches, blackberries, vegetables (of any kind), apples or pumpkins. Gosh, the bee is the Farmers best friend. Yea bees!!!! Be kind to bees. |
