 September 2005 - The Far Orchard is a bit difference from the other two orchards. We are trying something different. These trees are being trained to a wire support. The fence posts you see here, are leaning out, against the weight of the wire. The trees are even lower than the other orchards - thus easier to pick (we hope!). |
