22 Sept 2003 - Winter squash variety:
1.	Blue Hubbard - Libbie's uses this for canning. Great for pies.
2.	Long Island Cheese Pumpkin - richer and smoother consistency than regular pumpkin, Good for any recipe that calls for squash or pumpkin.
3.	Long Neck Squash - similar to Butternut squash, but much more "meat" inside.
4.	Cushaw Squash - Green, yellow, white coloring - coarse texture. Great for cooking
5.	Pumpkin (yes, its a type of squash).
