 October 2003 - October is one of the busiest times at Homestead Farm. There is apple picking, pumpking picking, ornamental corn, gourds, winter squash, hayrides, cider, caramel apples... well, there is LOTS to do! I met this couple who had been out in the orchard picking apples, gotten their pumpkin and while she was sampling the delicious vegetable soup, he was enjoying a freshly made caramel apple. Ah! The good life! |
